  F2C Nutrition Athlete Criteria

  •   have a healthy social media presence and willing to promote  and interact with F2C Nutrition via your                                      blogs, websites, Facebook, Instagram,
  •   at events, races and expos, stores at any race/event F2C member is present and F2C Nutrition is at, F2C  Member should spend time supporting in the F2C booth
  •   For Ambassadors and Elite - 4 F2C dedicated social media posts per month, of which 3 can be an Insta/Facebook story or Twitter, Strava
  •   submission of product credit tracking sheet for Ambassadors/Elite to receive credit (submission of tracking sheet  is   optional, posting is not)
  •   premium discount code for personal use only
  •   15% discount code to share with family and friends
  •   regular interaction on the private F2C Facebook page, race pic, recap
  •   active member of your community and sporting community
  •   have a good understanding of all F2C Nutrition products and be able to educate others about our products                           and willing to learn via regular F2C product calls, Facebook Live sessions, Webinars etc.
  •   4 volunteer hours
  •   promote F2C products to other athletes, friends, family and local retail stores
  •   provide us with race and training updates and reports, pictures, videos,  bios
  •   provide us with regular product testimonials, video clips about your favourite F2C products
  •   have the opportunity to be featured on our website and social media
  •   represent F2C Nutrition by wearing F2C branded clothing, gear, using F2C branded bottles

  •   Race in the F2C Nutrition kit or have the F2C Nutrition logo prominently on                                                                                                race kit (location/consultation with F2C)

  •   This is an exclusive nutrition sponsorship, athlete/team can not have competing nutritional sponsors or post/share                      competing nutritional sponsors, or hashtags


     What is an F2C Dedicated Post?

  • F2C branding in post either product, logo, branded swag, race kit pics etc
  • If multiple pictures in post, the F2C logo pic must be the first pic
  • F2C has to be the main subject/focus of the dedicated post - not sponsor soup (i.e. not a pic of you on your trainer with no F2C branding, tagging 12 sponsors) we enjoy being tagged in those posts but it just isn't a dedicated post
  • must be your original post, we are happy and stoked you share our posts and other F2C athlete posts but it doesn't count as an F2C dedicated post
  • Please use the proper spelling of our products... so instead of Pharmapure - please use Pharma-Pure, Glyco-Durance etc. Watch out for pesky spell check we have seen many "Pharmacy-Pure" or "Glycolic-Durance" in posts
  • For Elite and Ambassadors 4 posts per month on social media, spread out throughout the month (i.e.4 not sent out in one day or one week)
  • For Elite and Ambassadors 3 of the 4 posts can be Insta Stories,
  • Each post needs to be original i.e. not 1 post posted on 4 platforms


     Racing Criteria

  • when racing F2C athlete must have the F2C logo on their kit or wear the F2C race kit.  Logo placement on kit must be in consultation with F2C Nutrition. 

   

    How to earn product credit - Ambassadors and Elite


  •   post on social media

         -a minimum of 4-original F2C dedicated social media posts (Facebook/Instagram) spread out throughout the month

         (1 per week) with F2C content =$30 product at MSRP - see above for post content criteria that is acceptable

     How to earn product credit - Team F2C members

  • send an email to tracking@f2cnutrition.com to see what your 15% friends and family share code 5% has earned.  This is calculated quarterly


  How to submit tracking sheet for product creditfor Ambassadors and Elite
  The athlete tracking sheet is a downloadable form (PDF or Excel) on this site that you will need to submit

  monthly and on time (within 7-10 days of the end of the month) to receive  $30 product credit.  You can fill out the sheet, send a

  pic of the sheet or transfer the info directly into an email if you want.  Whatever is easiest for you.  We have a dedicated email

  address for accounting purposes so we will be able to smoothly track everyone.  You will receive an email response

  to verify your submission when you email your form.

  In terms of tracking and credit - a few important pieces of information for Ambassadors and Elite:

  •   Please remember it is 4 posts or 1 demo per month - to earn credit they must be original F2C focused posts, not shared F2C posts, posts without any F2C branding in it, or if multiple pictures are posted, the F2C post will need to be the first picture to have it qualify
  •   Please remember to tag us as well so we can find them on social media, especially Insta Stories.
  •   Once verified then the $30 product credit will be credited to your account that must be used within 60 days (i.e. credited Jan 30 must be used by March 31)
  •   Please remember that in-store or club/store demos need to be set up through F2C but please make connections,                    take initiative and contact us if you see a potential opportunity
  •   Please note that product credit doesn't roll over from year to year, must be used by Dec 31
  •   Product credit is not given in the month of December during the transition to the new year
  •   If you don't submit your tracking sheet it won't affect your status... you just won't earn the credit.  You can still use your personal discount code and share code. The key thing is that you are posting on social media or helping at events
  • We know that life sometimes has its ups and downs and sometimes its a win just to get up in the morning and put your feet on the floor.  Let us know if something is up, or if we can help in any way.  But if you have gone "dark" for more than 3 months either on social media, in our group or haven't emailed we will take that as your withdrawal from our group and your codes/credit will expire.  No hard feelings and we wish you well!



  How to redeem product credit
  There are 2 ways you can order F2C products for Team, Ambassadors and Elite

  •   Using the premium personal discount code (Ambassadors, Elite and Team F2C)
  •   Redeeming earned product credit (Ambassadors and Elite monthly credit and share code credit and Team F2C 5% of share code only)


        Example 1 – Janie F2C does not have any product credit yet but needs to order. 

                              She uses her premium personal code to make an order online off of the F2C website

        Example 2 – Johnny F2C has earned his $30 monthly product credit (Yay Johnny!)   He wants to

                              use  his credit to purchase F2C product. Johnny will need to send an

                              email to tracking@f2cnutrition.com to use his product credit and he will be given a 1 time use code to apply to

                              his order at check out.  That unique code is active for 2 weeks and has an expiry set.  Each time there is a

                              code request a new code will be given and attached to your personal email


     *Orders need to be either a product credit order or a premium personal discount order

    * Note product credit earned must be used within 60 days i.e. if you earned $30 Jan 31 it will expire March 31. 

  • All credit must be used by Dec 31 of the contract year

     *Note that we can not manually apply the premium discount code to a product credit order if there isn’t

      enough earned credit to cover the order and a balance remains.  We suggest you place 2 orders and we can combine them

      to ship.  If the second order placed using the premium personal discount code is under the "free shipping amount" we will

      refund one shipping charge if order is combined with a product credit order

    *Product credit is for product only it will not cover the shipping charge - on any product credit order you will be charged for

     shipping.
